Workflow Automation
Automating a sequence of actions triggered by an event — like sending a welcome message when a customer follows you.
Full definition
Workflow automation in messaging platforms consists of three parts: a trigger (e.g., new message, new follower, tag added), conditions (e.g., message contains keyword, customer in segment), and actions (e.g., send message, add tag, start booking flow). Fiko uses a visual node-based builder with four node types: When (trigger), Condition, Action, and Waiting (collect input). Workflows can be saved as templates and shared.
