No. The 14-day free trial with 50,000 AI tokens does not require a credit card or payment info. Just sign up with email.
An AI token is roughly a word fragment (~4 characters in English, ~2 in Arabic/Turkish). An average reply uses 200–500 tokens. The $15/month plan includes 1.4M tokens — enough for ~3,000–7,000 AI replies, which covers most SMB needs.
Billing is in USD via Stripe. Your card is charged in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. ~₺500-600 for TR, ~55 AED for UAE, ~55 SAR for Saudi, etc. Stripe handles conversion automatically.
Yes, anytime. Upgrading to yearly saves ~2 months ($150 vs $180 for 12 months). We prorate the difference based on the remaining period of your current cycle.
WhatsApp Cloud API has its own pricing from Meta — separate from Fiko. The first 1,000 user-initiated conversations per month are free. Business-initiated (template) messages are charged per message based on country and template category. Fiko adds only the flat $15/mo platform fee.
