What is MCP?

A universal plug between AI assistants and Fiko

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants use tools in other apps. Fiko's MCP server gives your assistant the same actions the Fiko agent uses — so it can read your data and get real work done.

No code

Paste one URL into your AI app, sign in to Fiko, and you're connected.

130+ tools

From tagging a customer to publishing a reel — everything is available.

Your rules

Read-only, full access, or “ask me first” for anything risky.

Connect any assistant

Setup takes about a minute

Everything that supports remote MCP servers works with Fiko. These are the most popular:

Claude

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL.

ChatGPT

Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create → paste the URL (developer mode).

Grok

grok.com/connectors → New Connector → Custom → paste the URL.

Cursor

Add Fiko to ~/.cursor/mcp.json with the server URL.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http fiko <URL>

Codex

Add [mcp_servers.fiko] to ~/.codex/config.toml.

VS Code

MCP: Add Server → HTTP → paste the URL.

n8n

n8n & custom agents

Use the URL with a personal access token header.

What your AI can do

Your whole Fiko account, as tools

Pick the toolsets each connection can see. Everything else stays hidden.

Customers & inbox

Search customers, tag leads, read conversations, reply, assign to a teammate.

Knowledge base

Add Q&A and products, crawl your website, search what the AI knows.

AI assistant

Tune tone and reply length, rewrite the business prompt, test an answer.

Workflows

Create, simulate, pause and resume automations.

Booking

Check availability, create or move appointments, set hours and services.

Fiko Page

Edit links, products and design, then publish your page.

Publishing

Draft, schedule, reschedule and publish Instagram and Telegram posts.

Account & reports

Business profile, channel status, plan usage and reports.

Secure by design

Powerful, and still yours

Built on the official MCP authorization spec, with controls made for business owners.

OAuth 2.1 sign-in

Your AI app never sees your password. You approve each connection on a Fiko screen.

Granular permissions

Choose read, write, publish and message access separately.

“Ask me first” mode

Publishing, messaging customers and deleting wait for your approval in Fiko.

Activity log

Every tool call is recorded: what, when and from which app.

One-click revoke

Disconnect any app or token instantly from Settings.

Rate limits

Each connection is limited so a runaway agent can't flood your account.

How to connect

Three steps, no developer needed

1

Copy the URL

Find it in Fiko under Settings → API & MCP, or copy it below.

2

Add it to your AI

Paste it as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP client.

3

Approve in Fiko

Sign in, choose permissions and the approval mode. Done.

For developers

Built for agents and the people who build them

Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration, or personal access tokens for scripts. Full docs and an llms.txt so your agent can set itself up.
