FAQ

Questions about Google Calendar

Yes (one-way: Google Calendar β†’ Fiko). If you add a personal appointment to your calendar, Fiko marks that time as unavailable in the booking flow.
Fiko detects the deletion and asks you to confirm the customer cancellation. The customer is then notified via the original channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
Currently only Google Calendar has native integration. Outlook support is on the roadmap. As a workaround, you can use Outlook's Google Calendar sync features.
