WhatsApp Template Messages

WhatsApp limits free-form business messaging to a 24-hour window after the customer's last message. To send messages outside this window — for marketing, reminders, or re-engagement — businesses must use approved templates. Meta reviews each template for compliance (no misleading content, no opt-out violations). Templates can include variables (customer name, date), buttons (Quick Reply, Call to Action), media, and even interactive lists or carousels.
