AI Training with FAQ
Providing question-answer pairs as training data so an AI gives the right answers to common questions.
Full definition
Most modern business AI doesn't 'train' in the traditional ML sense (changing model weights). Instead, FAQ pairs become knowledge chunks. Each Q&A is embedded as a vector. When a customer asks a question, the system retrieves the most similar Q&A (or a combination) and uses it as context. This is faster and cheaper than fine-tuning, and the AI updates instantly when you add new FAQs. Best practice: write FAQs as questions customers actually ask, not as marketing copy.
